Warm your milk
Gently heat 200–250ml of milk — dairy, almond, or oat. Do not boil. Warm preserves the delicate compounds in rose and saffron.

Add 2 heaped tablespoons
Stir in approx. 30g of Rose & Turmeric Mix. Adjust to taste — this is your ritual, not a formula.

Stir slowly, sip mindfully
No blender needed. Stir 30 seconds. Drink 30–60 minutes before sleep — give the ingredients time to begin their work.
