Kenkou by Velthic Foods does not accept returns for any products. To ensure product safety and hygiene, all sales are final.
Refund Policy
If you receive a damaged product or find items missing from your order, we will assist you with a refund under the following conditions:

Proof of Issue: Please email us at buy@kenkou.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with:
- Clear photographs of the damaged product(s) and packaging.
- A copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
- Evaluation: Once we review the proof provided, we will process a refund if the claim is valid. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
