Two systems.
One formula.

Ayurveda spent 5,000 years building a body of knowledge about how foods interact with human physiology. Modern clinical science spent 200 years validating that knowledge at the molecular level. We use both — because neither alone is sufficient.

We map every ingredient that has documented evidence — Ayurvedic and clinical — for that outcome. We look at bioactive compounds, mechanisms of action, traditional dosage protocols, and modern clinical trials. Then we shortlist.

Third-party lab testing is not a marketing exercise for Kenkou. It is a non-negotiable standard. Before any batch reaches a customer, it is tested by an independent laboratory for purity, nutritional content, and the absence of contaminants.

Every ingredient we use is sourced from within India. Not because imports are inferior — but because Indian superfoods grown in Indian soil, in Indian climates, for Indian bodies, have a nutritional profile shaped by that environment. Kesar from Kashmir. Ragi from Karnataka. Bajra from Rajasthan. We trace provenance, not just price.

No Fillers. Ever.
The Indian food industry has a filler problem. Maltodextrin, artificial flavours, synthetic preservatives, and colour additives are standard practice. At Kenkou, none of these exist — in any product, at any quantity. If we cannot put a whole-food name on an ingredient, it doesn't go in. This is not a claim. It is verifiable on the lab report.

Minimal Processing
Heat destroys bioactive compounds. Excessive processing strips nutritional value. Our manufacturing methodology is built around protecting what the ingredient contains — dry roasting without oil, cold pressing without heat, minimal water activity. The ingredient that goes in should perform as nature designed it. Not as a degraded version of itself.
